Safety & Installation Guide

This product is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) inner tube designed exclusively for installation inside compatible bicycle tires of the corresponding size. The product is intended for human-powered bicycles only.

The product must not be used: • In motorized vehicles (including e-bikes exceeding legally defined bicycle limits, motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, or similar vehicles) • Outside the tire size range indicated on the packaging • Above the maximum inflation pressure specified by the tire manufacturer • In damaged, deformed, or incompatible rims or tires • As a tubeless substitute or without a protective tire casing Misuse may result in sudden air loss, rupture, loss of control, serious injury, or death.

Before installation: • Verify compatibility of tube size with tire and rim. • Inspect rim tape to ensure proper coverage of spoke holes. • Inspect tire interior for debris, sharp objects, or damage. Installation steps: 1. Slightly pre-inflate the inner tube to give it shape. 2. Insert the valve straight through the rim valve hole. 3. Position the tube evenly inside the tire without twisting. 4. Carefully mount the tire bead onto the rim, avoiding pinching the tube. 5. Check that the tube is not trapped between tire bead and rim. 6. Inflate gradually while checking correct bead seating. 7. Inflate only within the pressure range specified on the tire sidewall. Never exceed the maximum tire pressure indicated by the tire manufacturer.

• Use a calibrated pump with pressure gauge. • Stop immediately if deformation, bulging, or abnormal resistance occurs. • Over-inflation may cause sudden rupture. Incorrect inflation may result in serious injury or death.

Before each ride: • Check tire pressure. • Inspect for visible damage, cuts, or bulging. • Verify that the valve is secure. • Ensure there is no audible air leakage. Do not ride if defects are detected.

• Store in a dry, cool environment. • Protect from direct sunlight and UV exposure. • Avoid temperatures above 60°C. • Keep away from sharp objects and chemical solvents. Improper storage may degrade material performance.

Dispose of the product in accordance with applicable local regulations for thermoplastic materials. Do not incinerate unless permitted under local waste regulations.

Failure to follow installation and safety instructions may result in: • Sudden tire deflation • Loss of vehicle control • Serious injury • Death The user assumes responsibility for correct installation and maintenance.
